The utility room has a new full-size washer and dryer. There is also plenty of space for sports gear and additional storage. The sunroom has plenty of space for reading, relaxing, or board games at the picnic table. 2 bathrooms with plenty of storage space one with a walk-in shower with a bench and one with a stand-up shower.
Little St. Germain Lake has 900-plus acres of water to explore! Full recreation lake to fish, swim, ski, tube, and enjoy. Little Saint Germain is one of the most popular fishing and recreational lakes in the Northwoods. Reel in a Bass, Pike, or Walleye, or simply paddle through the bays of the lake to witness the soaring of eagles or glimpses of deer as they sneak around the lakefront.
